Support for Recruitment

In West Lothian, a partnership of employability agencies are available to support you to recruit, retain and develop staff.

Support is available to assist employers with specific recruitment and workforce retention needs.  

Support can be provided to:

  • Review current and future recruitment requirements
  • Provide pre-recruitment training and support to potential staff aligned to business needs
  • Advertise and support the recruitment of staff including recruitment selection support, if required
  • Promote vacancies and other opportunities within the organisation through weekly bulletins
  • Advice on available funding opportunities and eligibility criteria for recruitment and training,
  • Support businesses to access a range of funding opportunities aligned to the needs of the business
