Development Projects

The Heartlands development site is located on lands of the former Polkemmet Colliery, to the south of the M8 motorway. The site is strategically located almost centrally between Glasgow and Edinburgh, being only 37km from Glasgow and 34km from Edinburgh.

The new development at Winchburgh is one of the UK's largest placemaking projects. On completion, the historic town will have over 3,800 new homes, 3 new schools, 40 acres of business and retail space and newly developed recreational green spaces.
