We are Diamond Home Assist, an award winning support agency in West Lothian and West Edinburgh. We support many different individuals in the community, including those affected by disabilities, complex needs, previous or current addictions, dementia and much more. We are currently looking for staff members in the WEST LOTHIAN area, to fulfil the role of \'Community Support Worker\'.
