Manage and oversee the NOC, Projects team, Technical Operations team, warehouse team, and field service engineers. Serve as a part of the customer escalation process, ensuring prompt resolution of high-priority issues. Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across all departments. Develop and maintain key relationships with subcontractors, overseeing installations, surveys, and break-fix operations. Evaluate and adapt processes as necessary to improve efficiency and service delivery. Promote individual growth within the team, identifying opportunities for career progression and skill development. Prepare and manage budgets for the operations department, ensuring resource optimization. Report directly to the Sales and Operations Director, providing regular updates on department performance, challenges, and achievements.
