The business has two state of the art training facilities in Armadale and Blackridge that allow trainees to experience hands on training under the guidance of experts.

The business has received a wide range of support from the Invest in West Lothian team to help it achieve its growth goals. This has included support with creating a net zero plan for the business and funding towards developing training areas and implementing a new working at heights tower.
