The Business Improvement Academy from the Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service (SMAS) is designed to support ambitious businesses that want to embed sustainable, continuous improvement into their operations.
It offers an innovative approach that combines business improvement with behavioural change to drive productivity, competitiveness, and readiness to capitalise on new opportunities.
Through a mix of five workshop-based learning days, best practice teaching and on-site project work, participants will learn how to leverage this approach to become effective change leaders and deliver sustainable improvement.
