Our 2025 Retail Graduate Programme has been developed in partnership with the store managers of today, many of whom were on similar graduate programmes, ready for the retail leaders of tomorrow.This is a fast-paced, two-year learning programme where you'll discover everything store management has to offer. At Asda, no two days are the same. You’ll complete a series of placements within your region, progressing at pace and taking on more accountability every 6 months. At times, you will need to deal with management issues such as disciplinary and grievances, as well as manage rota planning and holidays. Start Date: July 2025 No two days will be the same as a Business Development Graduate at KEYENCE. 3 days a week will be field based, which will involve driving to client sites, demonstrating our products and selling them directly to customers. The other 2 days will be spent collaborating with your team in our Newcastle office, calling customers to find new business opportunities and nurture already existing relationships. Your journey with KEYENCE will start with our comprehensive in-house training programme which incorporates classroom-style learning and on the job training with experienced sales mentors. This will provide you with a strong technical understanding of our products and will help you develop the commercial mindset to sell our products to clients. Training and development never stop at KEYENCE. We offer continuous training so you can keep improving your skills, such as sales skill training, leadership training, and management training.

On a day-day basis you will service and repair equipment within our range of specialist survey equipment. This will include Total stations, GNSS, Laser Scanners & Construction lasers from the leading manufacturers, Trimble, Leica & Topcon. The role will be based in our manufacturer approved service centre where you will be responsible for the maintenance of our rental fleet & customer repairs. You will ensure all work is completed to the highest standards while keeping accurate and comprehensive service and maintenance records. It’s also really important that you communicate effectively, ensuring that your Line Manager and Customers are kept informed as required.

We’re hiring at the following depots: Aberdeen, Ayr, Blyth, Carlisle, Edinburgh, Glasgow East, Glasgow West, Inverness, Perth, Teesside, and Washington. What You'll Do Assist with Repairs : Follow Volvo Standard Times and use Volvo Special Tools to ensure high-quality service. Diagnose Vehicle Issues : Work alongside the team to identify and troubleshoot vehicle faults, communicating any vehicle issues to the Workshop Supervisor to prevent delays. Master Warranty Procedures : Learn to navigate warranty processes, ensuring the correct materials and practices are used. Collaborate with the Parts Team : Ensure the correct replacement parts are sourced and fitted accurately. Contribute to Workshop Maintenance : Help keep the workshop clean and organised for a safe, efficient environment. Accurate Time and Job Recording : Maintain precise job cards and adhere to company time tracking protocols. Attend College Courses : Engage in regular learning and achieve the required academic standards.

Based within Financial Services (Audit & Inspection & Corporate Finance) this is a great opportunity to progress from grade 4 to grade 6 as you meet the key milestones of your training programme. You will cover all aspects of financial management and accountancy support within the Council or all aspects of the internal audit service including assurance, fraud prevention / detection and investigations. You will be required to undertake the CIPFA professional accountancy qualification and meet the requirements of the training agreement associated with this. As part of your training programme, you will be placed in either Audit & Inspection or Corporate Finance but may rotate between sections during the training period. Following your progression from Grade 4 to Grade 6 and once qualified you may have an opportunity to progress to Grade 7, if a suitable vacancy exists. Hybrid working is available in this post.

This 4-year Engineering Apprenticeship Programme will see you based at the Bellshill Müller Milk & Ingredients site. You’ll be provided with a fantastic way to realise your potential and get your career off to the best possible start. You will study towards a recognised qualification, earn a good salary, develop new skills, and gain invaluable experience. Your key responsibilities as an Engineering Apprentice will include: Asset Management: keeping Manufacturing machinery maintained, managing processes, filling/packing, and site cleaning operations Involvement in Continuous Improvement projects, project management, or tests and trial activities Fault finding and quick action to meet food safety standards Being part of a team striving to achieve the highest quality products Highlighting concerns and ensuring products or volumes meet the agreed requirements and targets
