Come and join the team - we are looking to recruit a manager for our coffee shop, ideal for someone looking for their first manager role in the catering industry before progressing and growing your own team and making the coffee shop bigger and better. We are offering a Full Time, 40 hour per week contract, working 5 days out of 7, the role does include some weekend working, however no late evenings, or early mornings.

Supporting with store procedures including, opening or closing the store, cash handling, and safety and security Supporting your fellow partners during periods of high volume to keep the store operating Anticipating and delivering on your customer and store needs by getting to know your store environment and customers Supporting in creating the third place environment during each shift Delivering legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and creating genuine connections Maintaining a clean and organised workspace for your customers and partners Providing quality beverages, whole bean and food products consistently for all customers in line with our recipe and presentation standards

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Assist customers with their orders, providing knowledgeable recommendations and addressing any queries they may have. Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with licensing laws. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

The provision of a high standard catering service to patients, staff and other customers which meets all relevant legislative, and quality standards. Maintain systems within the department that the catering service is operated in a completely safe and hygienic manner and meets all statutory requirements. On a day to day level this involves supervision and co-ordination of catering assistants and the service of safe, high quality meals for all patients, the staff dining room and any hospitality requirements.

As Shift Manager you will accomplish all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting and coaching employees. You will ensure all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality and customer service standards. As a shift manager you will be monitoring operations, reallocating resources and solving operational problems. You will be working within a £multi-million restaurant and managing a team of 100 or more employees. You will be part of the management team that will drive your restaurant forward by building sales, growing profitability and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position is open to people whom have experience of managing and leading teams within the retail, hospitality, business or a customer focused environment. Additionally, this role is restaurant based and involves working changeable shift patterns including working weekends and bank holidays.

● Develop customer relationships with: ● Identify opportunities to partner with like-minded outlets and groups on events and activations to bring the company's brands to life ● Identify new and develop existing specialist retail customers across assigned area - this will account for approximately 20% of the role week to week ● Motivate and leverage partner distributor sales teams to sell our brands ● Capitalise on strong customer relationships and effective account strategies to achieve volume, value, distribution, and visibility Key Performance Indicators ● Creation of client facing activation plans focussed on awareness and aligned to brand objectives ● Creation of customer specific brand trainings to build relationships and identify bartender advocates for the UK Portfolio ● Work cross functionally with Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure best possible delivery against agreed priorities and targets ● Build extensive contact network within customer organisations
