The Stadium Manager will have the unique opportunity to grow and diversify usage to create a community sport and health & wellbeing hub for Grangemouth and central Scotland.

Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Director will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, fostering a collaborative and inclusive organisational culture, ensuring financial sustainability, effective governance and the successful delivery of strategic objectives. As part of an exciting period of development, RSCDS is now looking for an Events & Marketing Manager to lead on the planning and delivery of major events, drive marketing and social media activity, and promote Scottish Country Dancing to new and existing audiences. This is a unique opportunity for a creative and organised professional to take centre stage, both behind the scenes and at events. You will lead on all aspects of event delivery — from venue management and contract negotiation to on-site hosting — as well as oversee digital communications and social media campaigns. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will also line manage the Graphic Design and Website Officer and work closely with volunteers, members, teachers, and performers.

Supervise daily production activities to ensure targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate with various departments to optimise workflow and resolve any production issues. Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and supplies; coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste including the adoption of an ERP system. Ensure procedures are maintained in line with current ISO Standards and GMPs (SOPs, batch records, training records, etc.). Work with quality assurance to support a Total Quality System and assist with regulatory & customer audits.

Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Conduct necessary calls with customers to check in, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for customer issues, either resolving them directly or escalating to the appropriate team member while ensuring a smooth handoff. Collaborate with Account Managers: Loop in account managers or other relevant team members when necessary to address customer needs or opportunities for growth. Administrative Support: Manage customer accounts, including updating records, tracking interactions, and ensuring all details are accurate and up to date. Drive Success: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and work closely with internal teams to implement improvements. Stay Informed: Keep up to date with product updates, policies, and best practices to provide informed and accurate support to customers.
