Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be sourcing leads through various channels including cold calling, field sales, internet research, and leveraging industry contacts.
Your primary responsibility will be sourcing and purchasing a range of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals from industrial plants, including automotive industries, factories, and manufacturing companies.
Experience And Qualifications:
Previous experience in Ferrous or Non-Ferrous Metal Recycling is advantageous but not essential. However, a background in the Waste Management industry is preferred.
Proficiency in working autonomously in a field-based role.
Highly motivated, confident, and professional demeanor.
Strong negotiation skills.
Industry Background:
Your experience may include working in Metal Recycling, Non-Ferrous Metals, Waste Management, Scrap Recycling, Ferrous Metals, Aluminium, Plastic, Paper/Cardboard, Stainless Steel, or Electrical Cable industries.
