Job Description:
Create effective processes and accountability for drug reconciliation and stock levels.
Managing medication and medical consumables stock for events, clinics and international deployments via the live tracker. Manage deliveries and orders to ensure adequate stock levels across all Alphamed settings.
Manage clinical budgets, including monitoring costs, forecasting, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Collaborate with finance teams to review and optimize operational expenditures while maintaining high-quality care.
Oversee procurement of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and compliance with safety standards.
Carry out spot audits of controlled drugs and other medications and ensure clinic sites cleanliness, safety and preparedness.
Audit and safe management of clinical equipment.
Effectively manage complaint acknowledgements and initial investigations and present facts to Clinical Director.
Write new clinical policies and standard operating procedures
Experience And Qualifications:
Qualified and Registered Healthcare Professional
Outstanding written and verbal communication
Ability to influence decisions at all levels
Proven leadership and people skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Collaborative working practices
Experience in risk management and planning
IT Literate with good working knowledge of MS Office suite
Willingness to progress and develop own skills
Appreciation of licensing and regulatory compliance with regard to medications and patient data (additional training can be provided where necessary)
