Job Description:
We are currently looking to fulfil the position of Internal Sales and we are seeking an individual who is committed to working towards increasing the success of the business but equally personal financial goals.
If you have sales experience and a good understanding of the Hydraulic and Pneumatic, Engineering industry, we would like to hear from you.
Duties of the post holder will include.
• Proactively seeking and generating new business by telephone and email correspondence
• Communicating with new and current customers to promote the company using your key skills and knowledge to sell and upsell the company’s products and equipment.
• Proactively and courteously communicating with customers to keep in touch and advise of new product launches or promotions and up selling the company and its product portfolio
• Processing customer enquiries received.
• Complete and provide accurate quotations in a professional manor and within any time constraints.
• Follow up quotations in a proactive
Experience And Qualifications:
Essential skills and experience requirements for the post of Internal Sales Engineer include:
• Working to our ISO9001 :2015 Management system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A professional manner
• Great problem solving and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated and goal driven but equally working as part of a team.
• Experience with internal or external sales
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 as well as good computer skills
• A general understanding and knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic fluid conveying products and engineering consumables used within Hydraulic and Pneumatic industry would be greatly advantageous.
