Job Description:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, communicating any special requests to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Assist with food preparation and kitchen help as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or feedback with professionalism and courtesy, striving to enhance their overall experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any issues that may arise during service.
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
Experience And Qualifications:
Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within a restaurant setting.
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritising tasks efficiently.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
