Job Description:
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects. Working closely with our experienced quantity surveyors and project managers, you will be involved in various aspects of project cost management, procurement, and contractual administration.
Our commercial department has continuous works in the following areas and will give the successful candidate experience and training in the below:
Cost Estimation and Budgeting, Tendering and Procurement, Contract Administration, Financial and Risk Management, Quantity Take-offs and Measurement.
Experience And Qualifications:
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field from a recognized university.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using industry-standard quantity surveying software and tools.
Sound knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management principles.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
