Due to our success to date as a leading, nationwide, multi-utilities infrastructure business, we’ve set further ambitious growth plans. As a result, we’re recruiting an experienced business-to-business (B2B) Telemarketer to play a key role in helping us to achieve them.
Experience And Qualifications:
Essential - a minimum of 2+ years’ in a B2B Telemarketing or Customer Service role.
Desirable - proficient in CRM use, ideally Salesforce.
Soft skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong record keeping and administration skills
Resilient, pro-active and organised
