Job Description:
Direct Mail to the relevant Case Handler • Maintain literature stock within the office • Ensuring all documentation is relevant and kept up to date • Maintaining Client files both in paper format and electronically, updating as and when necessary • Maintain client files in line with GDPR • Prepare prospect / existing client files for face-to-face meetings • Ensure paperwork is partially completed and marked up clearly • Keep in regular contact with providers regarding transfer process • Keep in contact with client and adviser to update on progress of transfer • Ensure 2 hours of CPD is completed each month and log on your personal development file • Understand and adhere to the practice and Openwork’s systems and regulatory requirements and, where appropriate, comply with all relevant regulatory policies. This includes completion of any mandatory training requirements • Submitting new business to the product providers

Experience And Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in Financial Services • Strong integrity and work ethic • Positive, "Can Do" attitude • Committed and dedicated • Collaborative team player • Loyal and honest • Maintains a positive mental attitude
