Job Description:
As a Full-Time Administrator, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support across various departments. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contribute to the overall efficiency of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Managing and organizing office documentation and correspondence
* Assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
* Maintaining accurate filing systems and databases
* Managing office supplies and ensuring inventory is up to date
* Supporting the team with general office tasks and ad-hoc projects
* Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
* Handling emails and responding to queries in a professional manner
Experience And Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role (minimum of 1 year preferred but not critical)
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in scetor
* Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
* Familiarity with basic accounting or bookkeeping is a plus
