Job Description:
As an Administrator with Throp Financial, you will provide administrative support to the practice, paraplanners and advisors to ensure the efficient processing of business and effective management of day to day tasks.
This ensures that our clients receive a high level of service when contacting the practice.
Experience And Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Have a minimum of 2 years' experience within an administration background or similar
* Prior knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office platforms such as Word, Excel
* Prior administrative experience in a Financial Planning environment would be beneficial but not essential
* Experience working with confidential and discretionary information, formulating reports and delivering to advisors/colleagues promptly.
* The ability to speak confidently and professionally via both telephones, by letter and email.
* Knowledge of GDPR guidelines and best practices.
* The ability to work under pressure, with a can-do attitude and incredible multi-tasking skills.
