The Property Management (Factoring) Officer role is multifaceted and dynamic, requiring adept management of competing demands and complex issues. You will engage with a diverse customer base, striving to enhance communication and foster strong relationships. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing a portfolio of factored developments and engaging directly with customers, ensuring compliance with legislation and delivering service improvements. While providing frontline services to resolve a variety of enquiries and complex issues. Coordinating common repairs, including consultations, owner updates, accurate invoicing and contributing towards debt recovery initiatives. Experience And Qualifications:
You will have previous experience in a property management environment with a high standard of education and thrive in a team setting. Have excellent time management, communication, numeracy and organisational skills. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with others across our group.
