Job Description:
You will be our customers’ main point of contact from initial enquiry, through the stages of managing bookings, to the aftersales support
Respond quickly to all telephone, email and social media enquiries from new and existing customers, solving their problems efficiently and thoroughly
Schedule diary bookings for customer surveys/installations and manage any changes
Provide administrative support as required
Field customer enquiries to answer general queries and manage expectations
Liaising with the installation/survey teams, and any relevant subcontractors
Invoicing, purchasing and billing as part of the customer journey
Arranging transport and accommodation as required
Experience And Qualifications:
You will be well-spoken, polite, friendly and helpful. You will be confident in speaking to our customers and suppliers on the phone as well as in person, and be able to deal with difficult customers professionally and courteously
You will possess high levels of self-organisation and motivation, being able to manage a demanding workload efficiently and independently
You will have experience of working in a customer-based role or similar
You must be very comfortable with technology such as social apps, including software such as Teams, Microsoft Office and general desktop software, and you must be able to type accurately and quickly.
