Job Description:
Our Claims Handlers handle insurance claims with the maximum efficiency and minimum fuss, in modern and welcoming office environment. Primarily a phone based role, you will manage home claims efficiently and empathetically from start to resolution. You will handle incoming calls, guide customers through the claims process, gather necessarily information, in order to assess claims in line with policies and procedures, ensuring we reach the best outcomes for our customers Don’t worry if this is something new for you, full training will be provided. Experience And Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong desire to meet customers’ needs.  Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal  The ability to listen and reason empathetically.  Flexible attitude towards change and ability to work in a fast paced environment.  Good level of IT skills to navigate systems.
