Job Description:
Bid Strategy Development: Define and execute the bid strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
Frameworks Management: Identify, assess, and secure opportunities to position The Clarus Networks Group on relevant frameworks across target sectors.
Tender and Proposal Leadership: Manage end-to-end bid processes, including writing, reviewing, and submitting tenders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and compelling content.
Opportunity Identification: Proactively monitor and identify tender and framework opportunities in telecoms, rail, energy, construction, and public sector markets.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, technical teams, and leadership, to gather required information and deliver winning bids.
Funding Applications: Research, prepare, and submit high-quality funding applications to secure grants and financial support from public and private funding bodies.
Experience And Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a bid management role, ideally within telecoms or a related industry.
Proven success in managing and securing bids for sectors such as rail, energy, construction, or public sector (healthcare, councils, government).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling proposals.
Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to synthesize technical information into clear, client-focused submissions.
A proactive approach to identifying and securing framework opportunities.
Keen attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
