Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate billing reports, invoices and other customer reports are calculated and issued to clients. Working closely with our Operations Team, this position requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Duties
• Produce customer reports
• Price customer bookings in preparation for invoicing
• Generate customer invoices based on billing reports
Experience And Qualifications:
Skills
• Proficient in computerised systems with a strong command of Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent clerical abilities, including record keeping, and document management.
