Job Description:
To check morning routes for anomalies.
To despatch delivery crews, and oversee thrroughout the day.
To oversee trailer receipt.
To prepare contractor jobs for despatch.
To route and oversee routing.
To oversee and monitor any fails, damages, or exceptions.
To report on any said fails, damages, and exceptions.
To assume a restorative and supportive role between all members of staff.
To move between different hubs to support the operation as required
To offer a positive corporate image of ARCT Transport Ltd at all times.
To continually monitor performance of the team and your own personal development.
To engage with all training.
To monitor workflow throughout the day, leading Ops Developers by example.
To ensure deliveries are received, expedited, and monitored on a continual basis.
To ensure all drivers are competent at using all systems.
Experience And Qualifications:
We are looking for a talented Logistics/Operations Manager to join our team in our Livingston Hub - someone who will work closely with our Ops Team in Livingston and Glasgow.
