The successful candidate will design, implement, and oversee training programs that help employees develop the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively. Experience And Qualifications:
Training Experience: Proven success in a hands-on training role, such as a Training Specialist, Trainer, or similar position, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications: Professional certification in Training or HR
People Management: Experience in successfully managing a team.
Communication: The ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Analytical Thinking: Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven improvements.
Interpersonal Skills: Building strong relationships with employees and understanding their individual learning needs.
